berita2.com (Meulaboh): Wanita dewasa berbusana ketat dinyatakan haram berdomisili di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, menyusul diberlakukannya peraturan kepala daerah setempat tentang penegakan syariat Islam dalam pemakaian busana muslim. Pria juga dilarang emamakai celana pendek di atas lutut.

Bupati Aceh Barat Ramli Mansyur di Meulaboh, Rabu, menyatakan, peraturan tersebut efektif dimulai Kamis (27/5/2010) dan mulai saat itu wanita dewasa diharamkan menggunakan pakaian ketat dan harus memakai rok.

"Provinsi Aceh telah menerapkan syariat Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan kami selaku pemerintah daerah diberikan kewenangan penuh untuk melaksanakan hukum itu terutama dalam pemakaian busana Islami," katanya.

Sejak beberapa hari terakhir, Dinas Syariat Islam Aceh Barat intensif melakukan razia tertib busana muslim di seluruh daerah termasuk di kawasan perbatasan kabupaten, sekaligus menyosialisasikan peraturan tersebut. Ramli menyatakan, peraturan kepala daerah tentang penegakan syariat Islam dalam pemakaian busana muslim di Aceh Barat sudah ditandatangani beberapa hari lalu.

"Peraturan itu efektif diberlakukan Kamis yang ditandai dengan penyerahan rok secara simbolis kepada Dinas Syariat Islam," katanya. Menurutnya, Pemkab Aceh Barat telah menyediakan 20 ribu helai rok untuk dibagikan secara gratis kepada wanita yang terjaring razia tertib busana muslim.

Dalam razia itu, para wanita yang memakai pakaian ketat akan didata dan dinasehati. Jika tiga kali kedapatan menggunakan celana ketat, maka akan ditindak dengan cara ditukar dengan rok.

Peraturan Bupati itu juga berimbas terhadap pedagang yang dilarang menjual pakaian ketat seperti baju blus dan celana ketat, baju terusan ketat, baju transparan tanpa pelapis, dan jilbab model pendek. Bagi lelaki juga dilarang memakai celana pendek di atas lutut di tempat-tempat umum dan berpakaian longgar, sopan serta mudah dalam gerakan shalat.

Walaupun terjadi pro dan kontra, Pemkab setempat tetapkan memberlakukan aturan itu, sebab berbusana yang menutupi aurat merupakan bagian dari penegakan hukum syariat Islam.
